速记是一种快速记录口语的技术方式，通过设备辅助用简单的符号或者代码和缩写规则把口语转换成文字，常见于各种会议及音视频听录，可及时提供正确率较高的会议书面记录。

Stenography is a technique for rapid recording of speeches. Assisted by equipment, a stenographer uses symbols, codes and abbreviations to transcribe words into texts. Stenography is commonly used in all kinds of conferences and for transcription of video and audio clips, to provide meeting minutes of comparatively high accuracy and in a timely manner.
